Studio Portrait Day

Hi hi! Thanks for stopping by. First things first: Everyone is welcome here. We might not know each other yet, but that is half the fun of creating a portrait. We have a whole 30 minutes to get comfortable and make some memorable work.

My portraits are filmic in tone & texture and often warm in colour. I’ll be working with soft window light. Towards the end of the day, we might be lucky enough to work with some sun beams. There will be off-white seamless paper to photograph you with for a simple background. For those who want to include the studios’ white brick, concrete floor and mid-century modern furniture - I love that idea. We can even work on a bit of both.

There are many ways we can use our time together. We can work on creating portraits of you, or perhaps even work on your professional headshot. You might be an actor who wants to refresh their image, or a model who wants to build their portfolio out with some test images. I’m open to anything, just ask. :)

Available Sessions in Black. Booked Spots in Red. I will assign sessions based on a 2 hour window of availability. Extra selections can be made at $50/image.

How this works:

1. Choose a 2 hour window that you can be available for. This helps me make sure I can fit everyone in.
2. Submit a request below.
3. You can expect an email from me confirming the session time and payment details, as well as some guidelines.
4. A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required to book the session. The final payment is expected on Sunday, Jan 14th.
5. On Tuesday, January 16th, you will receive a proofing gallery to select images from.
6. You will have 2 days to make your 3 selects and send them back to me.
7. By January 30th, you’ll receive fully edited images in both colour and black & white.
